Miss Ayn: Sensational Views!
June 21st, 2007Miss Ayn is here with a new column full of her Views, and some of your views, as well! Sensational Views!
Hello Viewers,
Welcome to my View. It’s been a little bit since I wrote a View. A week but still, so much has gone on. So let’s start off with the bad. When I logged on to my computer the other night just briefly, one of my Editors, Karen, had sent me news that Sherri Martel was dead. I was shocked to say the least. Such a spirited person. So fun and she seemed so excited to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006 along with my favorite wrestler, Bret Hart. My heart goes out to her family as they’re still trying to find out what caused her death. I hope it wasn’t drugs, I truly do. What a loss for the wrestling world yet again. I loved her with Shawn and remember her singing his entrance song long before he started singing it.
I also remember her as being an actual wrestler and not like all the women of today. No, Sherri along with Moolah are actually wrestlers. Everyone else for the most part is eye candy. My thoughts and prayers are with Sherri’s family.
So, Vince is dead? Well, of course not. But, this could be (if played right) one of the best storylines in wrestling. But it’s going to have to be played out right. So far, so good. Why? Because it all just happen to start on the same night as Vince Appreciation Day. Wasn’t that great? I love just about everything that everyone said. It was classic and a lot of wrestlers that have been greatly missed showed for this night. Speaking of which…..
Did you see Bret! Well, if you watched RAW you sure did. I was so excited that he was there that I know I scared everyone in my neighborhood when the scream happened and if you’ve been reading my column at all, you know the scream happened. He looks so fantastic for a man that’s had a stroke. To see him sitting there, in a gym was perfect for me and of course they could have ended right after Bret spoke as far as this Viewer was concerned. Man, I finally got to see Bret Hart, On RAW and my heart was thrilled.
Of course he wasn’t the only one. They brought back a lot of people and the only one I would have liked to have seen that didn’t show was the Rock. But I guess he’s truly done with wrestling now isn’t he? Oh and Jericho would have been a nice touch as well. Then again, they both ended their careers on a high note with Vince so I suppose that they wouldn’t have had too many bad things to say about Vince. Also, both Hunter and HBK didn’t say another for Appreciation Day. That is a surprise considering how tight HBK is with Vince.
Draft All in all it wasn’t a bad draft either. With the exception of Benoit moving to ECW instead of where I wanted him, RAW, it wasn’t too bad. Although, I can’t stand Booker T’s new gimmick at all. I wish he’d lose that stupid King thing he’s doing. Doesn’t he know that the ONLY King in the WWE is my friend, Jerry? All in all it wasn’t really a bad draft or a bad couple of RAWS. I thought a three hour RAW wouldn’t be that good but, it was. Now, next week they’re doing another one. Let’s hope this one is better or at least as good.
Suspects My question would be Who didn’t want Vince dead? He’s ticked off a lot of people through the years as he’s walking over them making his fortune. The few that have been mentioned so far though are Crime Time, Cena, The limo driver who just happened to receive a call on his cell at the right time. (And what died on his head)? I HOPE that hair wasn’t real. It’s worse than Donald Trump’s. Lashley and a few others. I think the list may grow with each passing day myself. But what do I know? All in all, I thought that both the three hour RAW and this past Monday’s were okay.
What did you think of Stephanie? I want to know so write me.
But, the QUESTION of the Week is Who do you think shot JR or sorry, Who killed Vince McMahon? Before you all wonder why there is no Question of the Week answers for last week’s column. The reason is this. DUDE, I GOT A DELL. and I haven’t been able to transfer anything over from the old computer to my new one. So, please forgive me.
So that’s it for another View. Please don’t forget to send me yours.
Until next time, be good or be like me, Really good doin’ it.
