Ok so it really has once again been forever since I did a serious update. Physically I feel great. Thank you to everyone who kept checking on me and sending their well wishes. All is fine and I’m doing good.

I attended the last WSU show, but as I reported earlier was unable to wrestle in my advertised tag match. The promoter of the show gave me the option of finding or picking my own replacement. I headed to the ring with Amy to talk to the crowd and make sure that everyone understood that I couldn’t wrestle and why. I’ve always tried to keep it real with the fans. I started trying to explain when out came Mercedes Martinez and Angel Orsini. I tried to reason with Mercedes thinking she’d understand since she had just been out for a year from shoulder surgery. That was a mistake because she kicked me right in the stomach. Amy tried to defend me and cover me so they couldn’t hurt me anymore, but it just made Angel and Mercedes double team her. Then out from the back came Amazing Kong. Angel and Mercedes thought she was there to help them since it was advertised that Kong would be taking on Amy later that night on the second DVD taping. However, they for once were mistaken. Kong just looked at me and Amy crumpled on the mat and Mercedes and Angel standing there trying to get her to join in. I barely had any breath but informed Mercedes and Angel that they were idiots as I had found a replacement for my tag match and that it was none other then Kong! Kong cleaned house and then helped me up. It was a great tag match and I thought for sure Amy and Kong would just leave it all out there and think about their match against each other later. Well they made it to the end of the match where Kong laid out Orisini. However Mercedes jumped Kong, so Amy made the pin. Kong apparently got upset that Amy “stole” the pin and they had words after the match. I had to stand between them and it was a scary thing. I thought for sure they were going to go at it right there.

Amy’s match against Kong later in the night was freaking brutal! Amy got busted open and after the match I ran out to check on her. Too bad for me she was unconscious and as I finally got her to come around she didn’t know where she was or for a second who I was so I ended up getting grabbed by the throat. Thank god she recovered herself at least mentally quickly and let me go. The ride home wasn’t much fun cause Amy was pissed!

Last weekend I finally god my butt back in the ring in an 8 woman tag! Getting to the show was an experience in itself as I rode up to the show with The Blue Meanie and referee Mike Kehner. This was probably one of the most informative and ridiculous car rides ever! The show was a great time and I had a blast. It gave me a chance to see a few friends I haven’t seen in a while. Brodie Lee came down from Rochester for the show and The Patriot was also there. The Patriot would not stop ribbing me the first hour I was in the building. I think its because he doesn’t know how to admit I’m his favorite female wrestler. Lol.

My match went well and gave me a chance to be back in a ring with some girls I either haven’t had the chance to be in the ring with before or haven’t in a long time. It was Team Sampson vs Team Cotton. My team consisted of myself, Mo’Nique, Discord and Rebecca Payne against Roxxie Cotton, Debbie Sue, Talluhla Rae and Annie Social. I thought I had this match in the bag; however, my team mates apparently couldn’t get on the same page with me. The match ended as I was on the outside beating the crap out of Roxxie and inside the ring Discord got laid out and pinned by the Moonshiners. And they had the nerve to act after the match like they couldn’t understand why I was upset! I should have just made Brodie be my tag partner. Myself, Meanie & Kehner went to the after show for the all you could eat and drink buffet. Well that’s what they called it before we got there. When we arrived, the buffet consisted of Chicken Wings, Chicken Fingers and Mozzarella Sticks. Oh and as for the all you can drink, there was a room full of wrestlers being served by one waitress. The three of us just decided to keep it simple and asked for a pitcher of soda. We had a little bit to eat and headed home.

This past weekend was Amy Lee’s wedding. I was a bridesmaid. Needless to say, when the pictures come out no one may be able to recognize either me or Amy as we were more foo-foo than normal. I had my nails done, my hair done, my make-up done and was in a dress and heels. The ceremony was beautiful and I am so happy for Amy and Artie. The reception was a blast, and me and some of the girls definitely cut a rug. I owe Francine and her future husband Joe a big thanks just for being awesome friends and cheering me up about a little sadness I had during the day.

Phil Bouche caught the garter belt and I was forced to stand for the bouquet toss. I swore I was going to fold my arms and not even make an effort. However, when Amy threw the bouquet and it was coming right at me, the feeling of competition came over me and I jumped and clutched the bouquet out of the air. When I landed and realized what I had just done I was just as shocked myself as everyone else was. It was a crazy experience.

For those who keep checking in with me about my mom, she is doing ok I guess. She has good days and bad days, and lately its been more bad days than good. I certainly don’t mean to sound cold, but the hard truth is she has a terminal disease. She isn’t going to get better. There is no cure. My head knows this, I’m just not sure if my head and my heart have started to accept or deal with it though.

In closing I just want to give the shout outs to my sisters who as always are the best. I want to wish Amy and Artie all the happiness anyone’s future could hold. I want to again thank Frannie and Joe and tell them I can’t wait to be sitting at their wedding. I also want to thank MFF for just being you. For caring and letting me be slightly neurotic at times and accepting me all the same. For showing me you care! You’re one in a million and I wouldn’t trade your friendship for the world!
