World X Cup Thoughts

I like how TNA has brought back the World X Cup, but I would like to see them make some slight changes and expand it to make it better. Here are some ideas:

1. I would not have a Team International. It’s too generic. I would like to see a Team England and a Team Canada - those would be fantastic. Adding more teams would bring more fan interest in my opinion.

2. I would have the finals as a tv special or PPV. WWE does the King of the Ring, and it does pretty well. A World X Cup PPV could possibly generate more money. I want them to do this because I don’t like seeing it stretched out over weeks with one or two matches on weekly tv shows.

3. I wish they had a Women’s World X Cup. There are a lot of talented women overseas, and TNA’s Knockouts Division is very popular. I hope TNA considers this in the future. A few women who come to mind for them to feature are Jetta, Faby Apache, and Wesna. These are my personal favorites.

4. I would like see TNA sign some more international talent. I think they bring a breath of fresh air to wrestling and TNA. WWE wouldn’t do something like this. I do see changes in the future to this format and it is only going to get better.

I really love the idea of World X, and I hope this continues!!!
