REYES & LYNN READY FOR BATTLE!

On July 11, Ricky Reyes pinned Jerry Lynn to become the first winner of the Shinya Hashimoto Memorial Tournament and on Sunday evening, September 14 these two warriors will meet again as part of the double main event scheduled at 3KWrestling’s Back To School Brawl.
.

.
Jerry Lynn not only wants to avenge his Hashimoto Tournament loss but in the process he wants to win the 3KWrestling World Openweight championship.

“As Reyes knows, being the champion means you’re the number one guy in that weight division.  I am the type of wrestler that doesn’t have a definition when it comes to weight class.  As a light heavyweight I was the champion in the WWE and as a heavyweight I was champion of ECW.  The Openweight division is PERFECT for me and I plan to show the fans why I am the real F**kin’ Show!” said Jerry Lynn.

Two other fighters that are looking for the World Openweight title are Josh Daniels and Alex Balboa.  Both men are allies of Ricky Reyes and they want to get the next shot at the title.  They will also meet in one-on-one action at Back To School Brawl.

CORINO VS. LANDELL-LIGHTS OUT STREET FIGHT

Former friends and AWA World tag team championship partners Steve Corino and Ricky Landell are ready to tear each other apart on Sunday, September 14 when they will meet each other in 3KWrestling’s first Lights Out Street Fight.  This match has been determined unsanctioned by Pro-Wrestling 3000 President Mike Kauffman and now AWA President Dale Gagne, Landell’s booking agent, has expressed his displeasure of this match.

“The fact that Pro-Wrestling 3000 and the WWA are even allowing this ‘match’ on their card for September 14 shows the lack of professionalism that is there.  The AWA and Wrestling Superstars Live will not be of any liability if Mr. Landell injures Mr. Corino further.  Ricky Landell, along with Kirby Mack and Keith Walker, is the cornerstone of our next generation of superstars and we do not want him to be a part of this savagery.” Gagne said.

President Mike Kauffman responded with this quote: “While I understand Mr. Gagne’s point, it must be said that I did not sanction this match.  Although it will happen in a Pro-Wrestling 3000 ring both Corino and Landell have signed a waiver relieving Pro-Wrestling 3000 and the Limerick Fire Hall of any damages if they hurt each other.  I wish they could do it another way but this feud needs to end before one of them are injured for good.”

ALL THE NEW CHAMPIONS TEAM UP AT BACK TO SCHOOL BRAWL

New ZERO-ONE United States heavyweight champion King Kaluha will team up with the new Premier tag team champions Ryan Sawyer and Kevin Payne at Back To School Brawl on Sunday, September 14 as they will take on Marcus KING KONG Dowling’s charges: The Best Around and Vinnie Vertigo of The Inner Circle.

The Best Around had already nominated themselves as the first contenders to the rookie champions but Pro-Wrestling 3000 officials will not grant that match until Sunday, September 21 at Future Fight II in Boyertown.  Vinnie Vertigo, who was left without a partner when Tommy Thunda quit 3KWrestling last week due to the embarrassment of his loss, says he is in the hunt to be the last ZERO-ONE US champion before the title is retired on November 9.

GREG SPITZ’S BIG MOUTH GETS HIM IN TROUBLE AGAIN!

The self-proclaimed leader of The Axis Of Evil, Greg Spitz was feeling mighty chipper after his cheating defeat of Maverick and Kid America at Summertime Blues on August 22.  He even went to President Mike Kauffman and bragged how there is no one that can beat either him or his protégé Chemical Khan.

“OOOOOOOOOOOOh wow, Spirit of America, the boy wonder, Kid America is upset that once again I put his shoulders to the mat.  Big deal.  It was as clean as clean gets.  I am the leader of the Axis Of Evil and I run 3KWrestling.  Tag team titles? They will go to me and Khan.  US title? Mine as soon as Kaluha gets the sack to sign a match with me. Openweight title? Reyes is as yellow as the bus he drives to make extra money.  That’s right I said it.  He is a bus driver.  And now this president of the promotion thinks he can hold me down.  I don’t think so.  Put me against whoever you want COUGH-man.  Line them up and me and Khan will take them down.”

So President Kauffman got tired of hearing Spitz brag and whine about how good him and The Axis Of Evil are so he signed 3KWrestling’s first inter-gender tag team match when Spitz and Khan will meet Australian women fighters Madison Eagles and Jessie McKay on September 14!

Eagles and McKay are no strangers to each other as they have fought over the PWWA championship in Sydney many times and are now going to make their United States debut together as a team.

This might be a one-time only teaming though as Eagles and McKay will meet on Sunday, September 21 at Future Fight II with a soon to be named third woman fighter to crown the first 3KWrestling Women’s champion.
