Part 20 of an in depth look at the growth of women’s wrestling, from noted ring historian The Phantom of the Ring.

The Phantom of the Ring

Lipstick, Dynamite and Glowworms Part 20

Divas Supporting Cast, Part 2

Vince McMahon finally found the formula for creating a successful women’s division. And – for better or worse – what made it successful was the combination of wrestling and beauty, even with all the idiotic R-rated angles. But what gave it that extra sizzle was the support received from the supporting players. To McMahon’s credit, he did not bury anyone he inherited when he bought WCW and ECW, and he tried to raise some homegrown talent through the Tough Enough series, though that talent ultimately didn’t take. Here is a look at the other important players who made the WWF Women’s Division rock n’ roll during that time.

.

.

Think of Stacy Keibler (born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 14, 1979) and the first thing that comes to mind are those beautiful 42-inch legs. (And if you think those legs are fragile, keep in mind that she once leg-lifted 405 lbs.)  She is one of the few Divas who has not had breast augmentation, nor any sort of plastic surgery (as far as I can tell). Her natural good looks made her stand out as possibly the most beautiful of the Divas.

Keibler was born to be a dancer, which is the goal she aspired to as a child. She began taking dance classes at the age of three, over the years expanding to ballet, tap and jazz dancing. After graduating Catholic High School, she went to Towson University on a partial scholarship, majoring in communication, earning a 3.7 grade point average. Receiving her SAG card when she was only eight-years old, she later landed a bit part in John Waters’ Pecker, shot in Baltimore, as well as the occasional  modeling job. She tried out for, and made, the Baltimore Ravens cheerleading squad at the age of eighteen, working for the Ravens in the 1998 and 1999 seasons.

.

.

In November, 1999, Keibler defeated 300 other young women in an audition for a spot on the Nitro Girls dance troupe, winning a $10,000 prize in the bargain. (She used the money to buy season’s tickets to the Baltimore Ravens.) Under the name Skye, she danced with the troupe every week on Monday Night Nitro, all while attending school and working for the Baltimore Ravens. As her camera-friendly looks and talent were spotted, she was moved into a more prominent role as Miss Hancock, a manager who came to ringside with a clipboard, managing the team of Lenny Lane and Lodi. Despite wearing business suits, Miss Hancock would climb on top of the announcers’ table and dance.

It was also during her tenure in WCW that she performed what would become her trademark opening: slowly putting her legs through the second tier of ropes and pausing to give the audience a glimpse of her underwear. She was also involved in an angle where she had a romance with then real-life boyfriend David Flair.

.

.

Her ring debut came at the Bash at the Beach PPV, facing Daffney (Shannon Claire Spruill) in a “Wedding Gown” match. Stacy lost when she removed her own gown. Her next angle was a feud with Kimberly Page that ended abruptly when Page quit WCW. Keibler and David Flair then began feuding with the Misfits In Action (Lash LeRoux, Chavo Guerrero Jr., Hugh Morrus, Van Hammer and Booker T). During the feud, Stacy would lose a mud wrestling match to Major Gunns at the New Blood Rising PPV (August 13, 2000). During the match she was kicked in the stomach, which led to a new angle, when, on the next night’s Nitro, she announced she was pregnant. The angle called for either Ric Flair or Vince Russo to be the father, but the angle ended when Stacy revealed the pregnancy to be false. She was taken off television for a while, and when she returned she was simply known by her real name.

.

.

When the WWF purchased WCW in 2001, Keibler’s contract was retained and she portrayed a heel in “The Alliance,” a group of WCW and ECW wrestlers. She debuted on the June 14, 2001, edition of SmackDown!, with Shane McMahon bringing her to the ring to distract Rhyno, causing him to lose his match. Keibler also teamed with Torrie Wilson to feud with Trish Stratus and Lita. At the InVasion PPV (July 22, 2001), the four participated in a tag team “Bra and Panties” match, won by Trish and Lita when they stripped Stacy and Torrie.

.

.

As the Invasion angle drew to a close, Keibler managed The Dudley Boyz, being nicknamed “Duchess of Dudleyville,” and made her debut at WrestleMania X8 alongside The Dudleyz. During this time, she began a feud with former partner Torrie Wilson after Wilson left “The Alliance,” as she helped The Dudley Boyz put Torrie through a table. Torrie got revenge by giving Keibler a wedgie and pulling her pants down on an episode of SmackDown!. She then defeated Keibler in the first-ever lingerie match (a match wrestled in lingerie) at the No Mercy PPV on October 21, 2000. The “Duchess of Dudleyville” angle ended when Keibler was power bombed through a table after accidentally costing the Dudley Boyz a match.  She then challenged Trish Stratus for her WWE Women’s Championship at the Judgment Day PPV on May 19, 2002, though she came out on the losing end. She faced Trish several more times that year, but without success.

Keibler was drafted to  SmackDown! in 2002, working an angle where she became Chairman Vince McMahon’s personal assistant, as well as his on-stage mistress. This lasted until Stephanie McMahon took over SmackDown! as general manager and “fired” her.

Keibler moved to Raw, debuting on August 12, 2002.  She managed Scott Steiner and Test (her real-life boyfriend at the time). As Test’s “marketing agent,” she advised him to call his fans “Testicles,” cut his hair, and otherwise reshape his image.

But Test became jealous of Keibler’s also managing Steiner, and, during a match on Raw, he turned heel when he verbally abused her. Steiner defeated Test for Keibler’s services, but Test asked for an Inter gender tag match, with himself and Chris Jericho facing Steiner and Keibler, with Test faking a leg injury to the win the match. A match was then set for the Unforgiven PPV on September 21, 2003, with the rules being that if Test won, he would retain Keibler’s services and acquire Steiner’s services as well. During the match, Keibler’s attempted interference backfired, allowing Test to win the match. Steiner then turned heel when he attacked Keibler after her interference in his match once again failed.  The angle ended when general manager Mick Foley freed Keibler from her obligations to Test and Steiner by temporarily “firing” them.

Next, Stacy and WWE music producer Jim Johnston recorded the song Why Can’t We Just Dance? for the album WWE Originals, then she joined with Jacqueline against Torrie Wilson and Sable, both of whom were featured in Playboy, claiming that they, and not Wilson or Sable, deserved to be in the magazine. The feud culminated in a “Tag Team Evening Gown Match” at WrestleMania XX (March 14, 2004), which they lost when Torrie pinned Jacqueline.

.

.

Later in 2004, Keibler got upset victories over Gail Kim, Trish Stratus, and Molly Holly, which earned her a Women’s Championship title match against Stratus on October 11, 2004, but Stratus defeated her. Keibler also took part in the first-ever “Fulfill your Fantasy Diva Battle Royal” with Victoria, Nidia, Gail Kim, Molly Holly, Jazz, and then-champion Stratus for the WWE Women’s Championship at the October 19, 2004, Taboo Tuesday PPV. She was eliminated by Molly Holly before Holly was eliminated by the winner, Trish Stratus.

Keibler’s next angle was a budding relationship with Randy Orton.  The relationship ended at WrestleMania 21, when Randy used his RKO on her, saying that he was claiming how ruthless he was in order to beat his WrestleMania opponent, The Undertaker.

.

.

Keibler then joined forces with Rosey and The Hurricane. Nicknamed “Super Stacy” (complete with her own super hero costume), she encouraged the duo from ringside as they defended their World Tag Team Championship. She also feuded with Victoria, wrestling her on Raw and Sunday Night Heat. Keibler was then “traded” to SmackDown! along with Christy Hemme for Torrie Wilson and Candice Michelle. On SmackDown!, she took part in lingerie matches and bikini contests, and began a short feud with Jillian Hall, with the deciding match being held on  the syndicated WWE show, Velocity. Shortly afterward, she took a leave of absence to compete on Dancing with the Stars, where she came in third to Jerry Rice and winner Drew Lachey.  After the show ended, she left the WWE to pursue other opportunities.

Keibler served as the Fitness Editor at Stuff magazine during 2005 and 2006, writing  a column entitled “Getting Fit with Stacy Keibler,” in addition to being on the cover twice. She turned down an offer to pose for Playboy.  In February, 2007, Keibler was signed to a recurring role in ABC’s What About Brian, as Brian’s new neighbor and love interest.  She also guest starred on The George Lopez Show. In 2008, Keibler landed that role of ‘Karen’ in the Samurai Girl miniseries on the ABC Family Channel.
.

.

Another Diva Vince McMahon picked up from WCW was Torrie Wilson (born July 24, 1975, in Boise, Idaho).

In high school, Torrie was active in dance, as a cheerleader, and as a member of the track team. In her sophomore year, Torrie applied at a modeling agency. Told that she would have to lose weight, Torrie complied, which led to a bout with anorexia and bulimia that lasted until she was twenty.

After recovering, she became involved in fitness programs. In her first fitness competition, she placed third. In 1998 she won the Miss Galaxy fitness competition. Participating in the Women’s Tri-Fitness Championships in 1998, Wilson took a first place in the Grace and Physique round. Later that year she moved  to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress, taking classes and signing with an agent.

Wilson became involved in wrestling when she attended a WCW card with her boyfriend. Going backstage, she was asked to accompany Scott Steiner to the ring. She made her debut as “Samantha,” a woman brought in by the nWo to seduce David Flair and turn him against his father, Ric Flair. At Bash at the Beach 1999, Wilson accompanied Flair when he took the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship from Dean Malenko.

.

.

She left WCW television afterwards, to return in the autumn of 1999 under her real name, managing Billy Kidman and his Filthy Animals teammates, then involved in a feud with “The Revolution.” Wilson played a small, short part in the angle. In April, 2000, Kidman and Wilson joined a stable known as the “New Blood,” and turned heel.

Again, the angle didn’t last long and Wilson once again disappeared from television. She came back in July, at the Bash at the Beach,  appearing during a match between Shane Douglas and Buff Bagwell. After the match, Wilson left with Douglas, which led to a feud between Kidman and Douglas. At September’s Fall Brawl, Wilson and Douglas defeated Kidman and Madusa in a mixed scaffold tag team match. This was her last hurrah with WCW as she was released in December, 2000. Shortly afterward, Wilson signed a contract with the WWF.

She debuted on television on the June 28th SmackDown! as part of The Alliance in the 2001 Invasion angle. Her first role was portraying Vince McMahon’s latest girlfriend. She teamed with ex-WCW performer Stacy Keibler in a “Bra and Panties” match, losing to Lita and Trish Stratus at the InVasion PPV. On the following night’s Raw, Wilson defeated Stratus in a “Paddle on a Pole” match. Despite her relative lack of wrestling experience, Wilson, (along with Keibler and Ivory), regularly feuded with the WWE Divas, as well as interfering in matches for the other members of the Alliance.

.

.

A new angle was worked where she became involved in a “romance” with Tajiri, which caused tag partner Keibler to turn on her. Torrie then defected from “The Alliance” to the WWF, becoming a fan favorite. The Keibler-Wilson feud led to a lingerie match at the No Mercy PPV, where Torrie defeated Stacy with both dressed in lingerie in a ring filled with pillows. The angle with Tajiri played out with him becoming jealous of the attention Torrie was getting from other men. She became tired of his abuse and , during a televised match with the Hurricane, she hopped onto the announcer’s table and stripped to her underwear, distracting Tajiri long enough for the Hurricane to make the pin.

Wilson’s best known, and most notorious, angle was her feud with Dawn Marie Psaltis involving Dawn’s “romance” with Torrie’s real life father, Al (see below).

During a segment called Torrie’s Playboy Coming Out Party on an April, 2003 edition of SmackDown!, (Wilson was featured on the cover and in a pictorial for the May 2003 Playboy) former Playboy cover girl Sable returned to the WWE after a three year absence.  An angle began between the two led to a bikini contest, won by Wilson, at the May 18, 2003 Judgment Day PPV.

.

.

On July 11, 2003, Wilson married her boyfriend of four years, Billy Kidman (Peter Gruner), making her home in Tampa, Florida. The marriage lasted until 2007 when they divorced.

During the summer, another angle was spun from from her Playboy appearance, with Nidia becoming jealous that Torrie was chosen instead of her. This led to some silly skits on SmackDown! with Nidia and “boyfriend” Jamie Noble visiting Hugh Hefner to complain. Later that summer, Wilson managed the returning Billy Gunn to face Noble and Nidia, but the angle ended when Nidia and Noble sided with Wilson and Gunn. A short feud then ensued as Wilson, Nidia and Dawn Marie versus Shaniqua (Linda Miles) in an angle attempting to get Shaniqua over with the audience. This culminated in Shaniqua dominating Wilson and Nidia in a handicap match, with the angle (and Shaniqua’s career) fizzling shortly after.

Wilson then teamed with Sable in March, 2004, to feud with Stacy Keibler and Miss Jackie, who were “jealous” of Wilson and Sable’s Playboy fame, as the two were announced to be featured together in an upcoming Playboy issue (March 2004). This led to a “Playboy Evening Gown” match  at WrestleMania XX, won by Wilson and Sable when they stripped their opponents of their gowns.

.

.

In November, 2004, Wilson began feuding with Kenzo Suzuki’s geisha valet and translator Hiroko (Hiroko Niizuma Suzuki, his real life wife). On a special edition of SmackDown! from Saitama, Japan (recorded February 4, 2005, and shown on February 10, 2005), Torrie defeated Hiroko in a “kimono” match.

Wilson and Candice Michelle were moved to Raw in August, 2005, and Wilson turned heel by attacking Ashley Massaro. She and Candice (along with their “enforcer” Victoria) feuded with Massaro, who brought out Trish Stratus on the September 12th Raw to even the score. Stratus and Massaro then defeated Wilson and Victoria shortly after at the September 18th Unforgiven PPV.  A rematch of sorts on October 3rd saw Stratus and Massaro defeating Wilson, Candice, and Victoria in the first ever three on two “Bra and Panties” match.

Shortly afterward, Wilson took a leave of absence from the WWE in order to tend to some personal issues. In response to rumors circulating that she was released from the WWE, Wilson stated on WWE.com that the rumors were untrue, joking that she had to call the WWE and ask them if they forgot to fire her.

.

.

She returned to Raw on November 28 as part of a new angle called “Vince’s Devils,” along with teammates Candice Michelle and Victoria. “Vince’s Devils” came to an end shortly after when Candice and Victoria turned on Torrie, making her a fan favorite once again.  Next was a feud with Candice, Playboy’s newest cover girl.  Torrie defeated her in a Playboy Pillow Fight at WrestleMania 22, but the feud continued, culminating when Wilson defeated Candice in a “Wet and Wild” match on the June 12th Raw, a match that involved water balloons and squirt guns with the winner making the cover of the WWE 2006 Summer Special magazine.

In the latter part of 2006, Wilson worked an angle as Carlito’s “girlfriend.” Ric Flair came into the scene as Carlito’s “mentor,” a relationship that ended in May, 2007, when Carlito turned on both Flair and Torrie. The angle ended a month later when Wilson was switched to SmackDown! in the 2007 WWE Draft.

A September feud with the incoming Krissy Vaine fizzled shortly after when Vaine left the WWE. In November, Wilson took time off to undergo physical therapy for a previous back injury.

In September, 2007, with new boyfriend Nick Mitchell, Wilson launched her official clothing line “Officially Jaded”, along with a store in The Woodlands, Texas. WWE released her from her contract on May 8, 2008.

.

.

Not all the new Divas came from WCW. Dawn Marie Psaltis (born November 3, 1970 in Rahway, NJ) came from the folding ECW.

Raised in Woodbridge, NJ, Psaltis graduated from NYU in 1992 with a degree in business. She was working for a Manhattan real estate firm when she ran into an old boyfriend, discovering that he had been signed by the Chicago Bears. The meeting inspired her to choose a different career path, and she resigned her job to pursue a career in entertainment, with acting and modeling as her career goals.

She became involved with wrestling after supposedly making an offhand joke while signing posters for Jonathan Gold, a talent agent and wrestling promoter, about wanting to get into wrestling. Gold took her up on her comment and booked her to manage Tony Atlas in a match against Jimmy Snuka at a local wrestling show in January, 1995. It was during her time working for independent promotions that she met Simon Diamond (Patrick Kenney, to whom she would become engaged). Buddy Landell and Devon Storm (Chris Ford), the latter two of which trained her. Psaltis spent four years on the independent circuit, concentrating in the Northeast.

Buh Buh Ray Dudley introduced her to ECW general manager Paul Heyman in August, 1998, and Heyman booked her as the manager of Lance Storm, then feuding with Chris Candido and Tammy Sytch. Though she was only booked for a three-week stint, Heyman liked the chemistry between Psaltis and Storm and signed her to a contract. During the feud, which went on for several months, Psaltis was renamed “Tammy Lynn Bytch” to spite Candido and Tammy. After the feud ended, her ring name was changed to “Dawn Marie Bytch,” then simply shortened to Dawn Marie. When Storm joined with Justin Credible in summer, 1999, to form the Impact Players, Psaltis managed them twice to the ECW Tag Championship. When Storm left for WCW in May, 2000, Psaltis was offered a contract by WCW, but turned it down to stay with fiancee Simon Diamond.

.

.

Her next role was as a color commentator on ECW pay-per-views and ECW on TNN.  On the December 3, 2000, Massacre on 34th Street PPV, she announced that she would manage the winner of the match between Simon Diamond and Swinger versus Christian York and Joey Matthews. York and Matthews won the bout, but Psaltis decided to manage Simon and Swinger, with whom she stayed until ECW folded in April, 2001.

After ECW folded, Psaltis returned to the independent circuit, managing Diamond and training under Diamond and Mikey Whipwreck (James Watson), making several appearances in the short lived X Wrestling Federation. She also found work as a stock trader and co-hosted a syndicated radio show on wrestling.

In May, 2002, Psaltis signed with WWE and made her debut on the May 30th SmackDown! playing Vince McMahon’s legal assistant. Her first angle was a brief feud with Stacy Keibler over McMahon’s affections.

.

.

Her most famous (or infamous) angle was her feud with Torrie Wilson over Torrie’s father Al. The storyline revolved around Dawn Marie dating and eventually marrying Al, then driving him to a heart attack on their honeymoon. The low point of the angle came with Torrie and Dawn Marie fighting at Al’s wake and knocking over the coffin with the “corpse” breaking into a grin. This led to Wilson defeating Psaltis in a match at the October 20, 2002, No Mercy PPV. She defeated Psaltis again in a “Stepmother vs. Stepdaughter” match at the 2003 Royal Rumble.

A later feud with Wilson ended with Wilson defeating her at  the May 16, 2004, Judgment Day PPV. After a brief hiatus, Psaltis returned to SmackDown! and began a new angle with Jackie Gayda over whether Dawn Marie had an affair with Charlie Haas, Gayda’s fiancee. This to a match at the Armageddon PPV (December 12, 2004) with Haas as the guest referee.  Her last appearance with WWE was on June 12, 2005, at the ECW One Night Stand PPV. She was released shortly after while on maternity leave.

.

.

Psaltis, now visibly pregnant, made an appearance at Hardcore Homecoming: November Reign, a reunion of old ECW stars (who were unconnected with WWE) on November 5, 2005. She held the key for the main event, a steel cage match between Jerry Lynn and P.J. Polaco (aka Justin Credible). In June, 2006, she served as manager for Johnny Candido on a National Wrestling Superstars card.

After having been engaged to Simon Diamond for several years, the couple finally split around the beginning of 2005. Shortly after she met Matthew DeMatta, whom she married on June 20, 2005, in Las Vegas. On December 20, 2005, Psaltis gave birth to the couple’s first child, Matthew.

In January, 2006, Psaltis filed an official complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, charging that WWE had wrongfully terminated her contract as a result of her pregnancy, claiming mental duress as a result. She reportedly settled with WWE in late 2007.

.

.

I mentioned previously that some of the Divas represented homegrown talent. That was certainly the case with Nidia Lynnette Guenard (born March 12, 1979), the first winner in the women’s division of the WWE/MTV series Tough Enough.

.

.

As the winner she received a year’s contract with the WWE and made a few publicity appearances with the company in 2001 before being sent to the developmental Ohio Valley Wrestling promotion. While there, she feuded with Victoria (Lisa Marie Varon).

Renamed simply “Nidia,” she made her WWE debut on the June 6, 2002, edition of SmackDown! playing Jamie Noble’s girlfriend. She helped Noble win the WWE Cruiserweight title from The Hurricane at the June 23, 2002, King of the Ring PPV.

She also feuded during this time with Torrie Wilson, leading to many solo and mixed tag-team matches pitting Guenard and Noble against Wilson and her various partners, including Funaki, Billy Kidman, Rey Mysterio, and Brian Kendrick. In one match Guenard was “blinded” by Tajiri when he spewed his “black mist” into her face. In reality this was an injury angle designed to give her time to recover from breast implant surgery. After her return, she was seen at ringside wearing sunglasses. Although they were portrayed as an unrefined and unethical pair of hicks loyal only to each other, they became increasingly popular for their antics, with Nidia receiving the lion’s share of the cheers, despite her supporting role as Noble’s assistant. The angle with Noble reached its apex when he began to use her as a shield during his matches, daring the opponent to hit a woman. Rey Misterio “clued” her in to what Noble was really up to during a backstage skit and she turned on Noble, resulting in a match at the No Way Out 2004 PPV where Noble had to wear a blindfold. Noble won when he removed his blindfold to win.

.

.

In the spring of 2004, she was drafter to Raw, debuted as a babyface, defeating Molly Holly. She then tagged regularly with Stacy Keibler and Victoria against heels Trish Stratus, Gail Kim, Molly Holly, and Jazz. On November 3, 2004, she was released from WWE along with several other Divas, as WWE said it was taking a different “direction.”

After her release by WWE, Nidia worked for several independent promotions, including Kishi’s Nu-Wrestling Evolution in Italy and Ultimo Dragon’s Toryumon Mexico. WWE considered rehiring her in 2006, but couldn’t reach agreement. She hung up her tights and retired.
.

.

Another Diva brought up through the Tough Enough reality series was Jacquelyn Suzanne Gayda-Haas (born November 3, 1980), who was the female winner of Tough Enough II.

After being awarded a WWE contract, she worked a few matches on Raw and  SmackDown! before being sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling for seasoning. While in OVW, she managed The Basham Brothers and Chris Kanyon. She returned to WWE on June 16, 2003, as “Miss Jackie,” the manager of Rico.

.

.

In January, 2004, Gayda teamed up with Stacy Keibler, labeling themselves as the WWE’s hottest Divas. This led to a feud with SmackDown! Divas Sable and Torrie Wilson, and at WrestleMania XX, Sable and Wilson defeated them in an “Evening Gown” match.

Gayda and Rico were later “traded” to SmackDown! where they teamed up with Charlie Haas. In September, 2004, Haas and Gayda became engaged, and WWE incorporated their real-life engagement into their characters.  At the October 3, 2004, No Mercy PPV,  Miss Jackie, Haas, and Rico defeated Dawn and The Dudley Boyz. Dawn Marie, though, continued the feud by vowing to split Jackie and Haas up. On the October 7th SmackDown!, Billy Kidman caught Gayda in his BK Bomb. Gayda sold the injury before returning on the October 28th SmackDown!, running into the ring during a Halloween costume contest between Dawn Marie and Torrie Wilson, spearing Dawn and tearing Dawn’s clothes off.

.

.

Dawn Marie gained some revenge during an arm wrestling contest on the November 4th  SmackDown!, when she head butted Gayda and pummeled her until Haas came down and made the save. Dawn’s ally Heidenreich in turn pummeled Haas, shoving Gayda aside when she tried to shield Haas. On the November 25th SmackDown! both Gayda and Dawn Marie were disqualified in a “Pilgrim versus Indian” match, and on December 2nd, they met again wearing Christmas outfits. The angle culminated at the Armageddon PPV, with Haas as the referee. After Gayda lost, Haas revealed that he did have an affair with Dawn Marie and broke off with both women.

.

.

Gayda began appearing in singles matches, appearing in skits with other Divas until she and Haas were released on July 8, 2005, along with several other wrestlers on both the Raw and SmackDown! rosters.

Gayda then worked as “Just Jackie” for several independent promotions until debuting for TNA on the November 26, 2005, episode of iMPACT!. Gayda debuted as a woman angry with Jeff Jarrett that seemed to be the byproduct of a love affair, but turned out to be a broken promise of a roster spot on TNA that was filled instead by Gail Kim. In an interview with announcer Don West, Gayda alluded to knowing a secret about Jarrett that TNA would want to hear, but declined to reveal it.

Jackie won TNA’s Knockout of the Year 2005 on the January 14, 2006, iMPACT! She then worked a very confused angle with Jarrett and Kim concerning a blackmail attempt by Jarrett and Kim to get Gayda to join with them. The angle, and Gayda’s tenure with TNA ended at the May 14, 2006, Sacrifice PPV, when Jackie announced she was pregnant and was “fired” by Gail Kim.

.

.

Gayda married Charlie Haas on June 10, 2005. On December 14, 2006, she gave birth to a daughter, named Kayla Jacquelyn Haas. She gave birth to a second daughter, Taylor Suzanne Haas, on September 17, 2008.
