Josh Prohibition vs. Virus
Despite months of protesting, PWO officials are yet to grant Josh Prohibition an opportunity at the PWO Championship and current champion “M-Dogg 20†Matt Cross. This has consumed Prohibition, and over time we have seen him become more and more frustrated. Josh demanded a match with Virus, the recipient of the most recent PWO Title match, to prove once and for all Josh is truly the rightful top contender. Virus exploded onto the PWO singles ranks with a fantastic performance in his championship match against Cross, earning the respect of fans and M-Dogg himself in the process. After that respectful showing, Virus was forced to watch Prohibition & Johnny Gargano swerve and cheap shot Cross, angering the infectious luchador. However, with Josh’s anger level reaching an all-time high, coupled with the announcement of a 3-way #1 Contender’s match in two weeks that Josh is NOT a part of, will Prohibition have enough to prove his point or can Virus prove his worth all over again?
“Amazing†N8 Mattson & Benjamin Boone vs. Bobby Beverly & Hobo Joe
Benjamin Boone showed a new side to his personality, and in his words awoke the “Big Bearâ€, when he blindsided longtime friend and training partner Bobby Beverly with a chairshot, over career frustration and jealously over Beverly receiving more attention than he. This act caught the eye of Michigan elitist N8 Mattson, who has seemed to express interest in guiding young Boone’s career. Meanwhile, Bobby Beverly, was quick to recruit frequent tag partner, PWO’s dumpster dweller Hobo Joe as his tag partner. Hobo is most famous for his unusual antics with fellow homeless individual Aaron Maguire, but this week PWO’s cult hero returns to the ring to help his friend. Will Bobby Beverly score redemption or will the teachings of N8 Mattson pay off for Boone?
Gregory Iron vs. Lars Rockne
Iron seemed to be targeted by “DeeeLicious†Jimmy DeMarco, the perpetual pervert of PWO, throughout the end of 2008, but wrestling’s most inspirational athlete hopes to put that behind him, as he takes on longtime Cleveland-area veteran making his PWO debut, Lars Rockne. Will Rockne impress in his debut or will Iron continue to inspire?
Marshall The Bull Coming To Collect
We have seen Marshall “The Bull†Gambino make several serious threats in recent weeks, all surrounding the fact that someone on the PWO roster apparently owes him a large sum of money. Now we aren’t exactly sure who, or what for, but one thing that is undeniable is The Bull seems willing to do whatever it takes to get what’s his. Rumors say Marshall will be in attendance this week, what lengths will Marshall go to, to get what is his?
Jason Bane: PWO’s Most Dominant Man
Bane joins us to give his thoughts on the PWO Championship #1 Contender Match in two weeks, when he meets Mike Tolar and a returning Johnny Gargano to crown a new challenger for M-Dogg 20 Matt Cross. Many say Bane would be champion today if not for the meddling of Josh Prohibition, will Bane make things right this time around?
